● Identical, fully furnished shared bedrooms (maximum 2 female residents per room).
● High-speed Wi-Fi, utilities, and premium, on-site laundry appliances included.
● Fully equipped community kitchen with individual food storage allocation.
● Location within a short walk of high-frequency CapMetro transit arteries (North, East, and South Austin corridors).
● Goal-Oriented Supported Planning: Access to peer-led independent living skill coordination—including structured chore rotations, household maintenance routines, and personal self-sufficiency planning—fully embedded into the base monthly program fee.

Strict All-Female Single-Gender Space
To safeguard emotional safety and absolute privacy for women healing from trauma or housing displacement, our houses operate under an unyielding female-only boundary.
Zero-Tolerance Sobriety Policy
We maintain a strictly sober, drug-free, and alcohol-free residential environment. A single positive substance screening results in immediate termination of the housing agreement.
Restricted-Access Site Rules
No overnight guests, outside family members, or male visitors are permitted past the front door at any time. Authorized caseworkers and medical staff are the only approved visitors.
10:00 PM Nightly Curfew
To maintain a peaceful neighborhood presence and protect resident security, doors are locked at 10:00 PM nightly. Quiet hours are strictly enforced until 7:00 AM.
